People Behind the Franchise

 

Russell & Maggie Spokes are the founders of the first Maggies Kitchen store.

 

Russell & Maggie have extensive experience in the food industry. Prior to opening Maggies Kitchen they had owned and operated a fruit and vegetables store, and a fish and take away fast food outlet, both in the Geelong – Queenscliff area in Victoria, Australia.

 

In their 17 years of operating Maggies Kitchen they have gained a unique insight into how to make the best relishes, chutneys, pickles, sauces, mustards and jams, using their own special recipes; and how to market these products to the public.

 

They look forward to passing on their wisdom and experiences to each new Maggies Kitchen franchise owner.

 

Assisting Russell and Maggie in the operation of the franchise side of their business are Wilson & Suzanne McOrist. Wilson & Suzanne have developed two very successful Australian and International franchise chains Computer Troubleshooters and Express Bookkeeping and will be applying their knowledge and skills to support the Maggies Kitchen store franchise owners.
